Please join the Huntingdon County Historical Society with Peggy (Bradnick) Jackson and Chris Armagost for a lecture and book signing, The Voice in the Mountains. Published March 20, 2017, this autobiography chronicles Peggy’s experiences during the massive manhunt of over 1,000 federal, state and local law officers. National Guardsmen and civilian volunteers (the largest manhunt conduced in the United States up to that time in 1966) scoured the hills surrounding Shade Gap for any signs of Peggy and her abductor. The lecture will cover self publishing.
You will have the opportunity to purchase the publication at this event which is free and open to all.
