Annual Garden Party and Book Signing with Peggy (Bradnick) Jackson

Please  join the Huntingdon County Historical  Society and Peggy (Bradnick) Jackson for our annual meeting, garden party and book signing.  The Voice in the Mountains, by Peggy Jackson will be available for purchase at this event.  Published March 20, 2017 , this autobiography chronicles Peggy’s  experiences during the massive manhunt of over 1,000 federal, state and local law officers, National Guardsmen and civilian volunteers (the largest   manhunt conducted in the United States up to that time),  scoured the hills surrounding Shade Gap for any signs of Peggy and her abductor.  Light refreshments and wine will  be served at this event. This event is free and open to all.
