Please plan to join us on September 20, 2025, as we celebrate Free Museum Day and the 238th anniversary of the founding of Huntingdon County.
The McMurtrie House will be open for tours and research. As part of the celebrations, there will be birthday cake to honor the founding of our county on September 20, 1787.
We’ll also hold our annual book sale in the Exhibit Gallery located next door at 100 Fourth Street in Huntingdon.
Both events will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
